After 35 years of living in our home it was time to sell and downsize. The market was moving in a good direction and we needed a realtor who would be honest, knowledgable and understanding of the emotional ties we had to our home of so many years. We knew that Tim Pember was that kind of man. And so the process began. Tim explained everything and made sure all the "i's" were dotted and "t's" were crossed and answered the many questions we had. He was always available by phone and kept us up to speed on the market changes. He was very professional when it came to writing and accepting the offers on our home and he would work well into the night to make sure the papers were in order. We were thrilled with the price that Tim was able to secure for us in the changing market. We gave him a list of our wants and needs for a new home and he quickly found exactly what we wanted. Due to the market changes the deal for this unit fell through, however, Tim persisted and went door-knocking to see if there was a similar unit in the same complex. Well, patience and persistance paid off! We got exactly what we wanted!! Tim even wrote a letter on behalf of us to the sellers explaining that the market had dropped and the price we were offering months before should be adjusted. The letter paid off and we are now in our dream home at our price. The one thing that Tim kept saying was "You are in the driver's seat and if at any time you feel that you're not we won't procede any further". Now here is a realtor who has the clients' best interest at heart. Tim was a wealth of information and advice..offering the services of Home Inspectors, Notaries etc. My husband and I could not have found a more honest and knowledgable realtor than Tim Pember and we have and will continue to recommend his services to our friends and family!
